My name is Patti. I’m originally from Billings, Montana. I currently live in Judith Gap. I have been a hygienist practicing here in Billings for about 35 years. As a patient in this practice, I felt like I was a family member coming in here. As a hygienist sitting in that chair, I’m probably more critical than a lot of patients would be. I am looking around at infection control issues. I’m looking at equipment. I’ve been so impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment, professionalism of the staff as they are working in the clinical setting. I was also pleasantly surprised that the procedure didn’t take as long as I anticipate that it would. I wasn’t nervous about having the procedures done because I knew enough what to expect. I felt very comfortable and walked out of there, walked home. I was in very little discomfort. I think I took one pain pill, and that was it. The implants themselves are a breeze. I didn’t expect they’d be as easy as they are.
